What we collect

When you apply to the beta on this website, we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, email, phone number, city or area, whether you're joining as a customer or a professional, and — for professionals — your main service and years of experience. Any note you add is optional.

When you use the FixyCome app, we also collect the information needed to run the service: your account details, the jobs you post or bid on, messages you send through the app, and the ratings and reviews you give or receive. Where identity verification is required inside the app, a CNIC may be collected there — never through this website.

What we do with it

• Run the marketplace — matching jobs with nearby professionals and enabling you to communicate.
• Select a balanced group of beta testers and contact you about your application.
• Keep the platform fair and safe, including reviewing disputes and misuse.
• Understand how the app is used, so we can improve it.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not show your CNIC publicly or share it with other users. We do not record passwords, one-time codes, or other secrets in our usage analytics.

How identity information is protected

Where a CNIC is provided inside the app, it is stored in a protected form and access is restricted. It is not returned in ordinary app screens and is not visible to other customers or professionals. We only keep identity information where there is a genuine need for it.

What other people can see

To make the marketplace work, customers and professionals see limited profile details about each other — such as a name, rating, general area, and the content of a job or a message. They do not see your contact details until a job connects you, and never see your identity documents.

Where your data is stored

Your information is stored using Supabase, a managed database and storage provider, on infrastructure hosted in the Asia-Pacific region. Access is limited to what is needed to operate FixyCome.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. To make a request, contact us at the address below. If you no longer want to be considered for the beta, let us know and we'll remove your application.
